The ANDECHSER organic camembert, with 55% FDM, produced from special edible white mould based on a traditional European recipe. It offers a mild, aromatic flavour and is made of premium natural ingredients from organic origin.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk*, sodium chloride ( table salt), calcium chloride, milk powder, lactic acid probiotic cultures.  *of controlled organic farming.
